Beautifully Loved Box Request
Beautifully Loved Boxes are personalized care packages for children who are having an especially hard time with their chronic illness. The boxes are filled with wellness, beauty and fashion items specific to the child's interests that will help make their hospitalization or recovery a little brighter. Boxes are $50 each to sponsor, which will be invoiced following this form submission.
